If you are friendly with these people the i would just ask them to put them in a garage or a shed.

Also have a solid wood accordian louver room divider that originally separated dining from living room – good condition.

i own a 732 and this thing is unreal i have never used a tiller with the kind of power and control as the BCS, there is not one tiller that can compare last machine you will ever have to buy, i like to compost leaves and grasss into mygarden in the fall and then till it deep the following sprind you should really see one of these machines in person to believe there value and ease of use call joe at earthtools

I'd rent a gas mower for one time at least, put the blade up as high as it will go and take very narrow (maybe one-foot) swaths. You might find it useful to go over the over 6-8 inch spots with the weed whacker first. Once you get it down, then you can go back to your manual mower.

Usefull informations
Locate the shut-off valve (or meterbox) at the property line. Determine where the water enters the house. The water line should be fairly straight between these two points. You can buy or make a metal probe. Most are just a tee handle on a piece of 3/8 or 1/2" rod. Probe the ground inline with where the water line is. When you withdraw the probe it will leave a hole temporarily and running water should follow the hole to the surface. I am assuming you have a meterbox outside since any leak before the meter would not be on your bill. Look at the meter. There is normally a leak detector (small red triangle) that moves with even small flow of water.
