Whats the easiest way to make a garden hoe? any ideas, ive got a few old car parts like rotor discs and that i dont have a mig though,do have a grinder, i would buy one but they are too damn expensive and plus they have plastic handles

Most garden hoe tools sold have either wood or fiberglass handles. Only plastic handles I have seen are on leaf rakes. Stores here sell hoe's for under $10. Your time and frustration is worth more than that.
